Returns & Exchanges

At Velasca, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your Italian handcrafted items. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your products free of charge, provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, including the dust bags and any accessories, ensuring the box is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over the package to the designated courier point; once received at our Italian workshop, we will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
